Academic Credit Registration Fee

After Payment Is Submitted

Payment of this fee does not complete the academic credit approval process. If you are enrolling to receive academic credit, you must also email the following documents to homework@fountainoftruth.com:

• A copy of your government-issued photo ID.
• A copy of your High School Diploma or GED.
• A 1½-page testimony essay describing your conversion experience and Christian walk.

Please send all required documents to homework@fountainoftruth.com. Your request for academic credit will be reviewed once all required documentation has been received.

Important Information

• This fee is required only once for new students seeking academic credit.
• The $35 registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Payment of this fee does not guarantee approval for academic credit or course enrollment. All required documentation must be submitted and approved before academic credit can be granted.
